Monica was very knowledgeable on the whole process and skilful, and was very pleasant to talk to. Although, it was hard to locate the area at first, and even though it was located at her private residence (separate and closed area for the service), she remained very professional throughout the service.

Ik was me niet bewust dat het een thuissalon was. Het was in de woonkamer waar achter een dun schermpje anderen zaten, tv stond aan en een hond continue zat te piepen. De gellak zelf was wel prima.
